You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
MySweetAI provides an AI companion platform that allows users to engage in text and voice conversations with AI characters. The Service may include adult content. Access to adult content features requires explicit opt-in and age verification.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Evanor LLP to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription, or by emailing support@mysweetai.com with the subject Cancel Subscription from your registered email address. Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
All charges are processed securely. The billing descriptor on your statement will appear as a discreet name to protect your privacy.

All AI-generated content is fictional and for entertainment purposes only. The AI characters are not real persons. Any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental. See our Content Policy for details.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Evanor LLP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Evanor LLP does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Evanor LLP expressly disclaims all liability for any content generated by the AI system. All text, images, voice responses, and other outputs produced by the Service are generated autonomously by artificial intelligence and do not represent the views, opinions, or statements of Evanor LLP or its operators.
AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes only. We make no representations as to its accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness. You acknowledge that AI outputs may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or inconsistent. You use such content entirely at your own risk.
Evanor LLP shall not be held responsible for any harm, offence, emotional distress, or other consequences arising from your interaction with AI-generated content. If you find any content objectionable, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evanor LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
