MySweetAI, operated by Evanor LLP (Registration No. LL0002659, British Columbia, Canada), offers a clear and fair refund policy. We want you to be satisfied with your subscription.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:

  • Via account settings: Log in → go to Settings → scroll to the Subscription section → click "Cancel subscription" → confirm and follow the instructions to contact our support team.
  • Via email: Send a cancellation request to support@mysweetai.com from the email address associated with your account. Please include the subject line: Cancel Subscription.

We will process your cancellation request within 1 business day and send a confirmation email. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that date.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • 7-day new subscriber refund: If you are a first-time subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Technical issues: If you experienced significant technical problems that prevented you from using the Service, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, you may request a pro-rated refund.
  • Unauthorized charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately at billing@mysweetai.com

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subscription renewals (unless requested within 48 hours of renewal)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial months of service (pro-rated refunds only apply to technical issues)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI responses or character personalities after the 7-day window

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@mysweetai.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Accounts with disputed chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.
